1: Preheat a heavy cast iron pot with 1 inch of vegetable oil over medium heat until 350F.
2: In a bowl, combine non dairy milk, 1 tbsp dried dill, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, and 1 tsp salt. Add the mushrooms and toss to evenly coat. Set aside.
3: In another bowl, combine flour and the remaining spices. One at a time, place a mushroom in the flour and cover with the flour mixture, then place it carefully in the hot oil. Fry for 3 minutes, flip, and fry until golden brown all over. Remove and set aside. Repeat until all mushrooms are done.
4: In a small bowl, combine mayo, dried dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
5: In a large bowl, combine hot sauce and maple syrup. Toss the cooked mushrooms in the hot sauce mixture. Serve hot.
