tbsp olive oil

bunch fresh basil

tbsp garlic powder

tsp table salt
cup mushrooms

tsp chili flakes

tsp dried thyme
Instructions
1. In a large cast iron pan, add olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook down until slightly charred and all the moisture has been removed. 2. Add the bell pepper and pepperoni and mix to combine. Cook for 3 minutes. 3. Add the white beans, tomatoes and spices. Mix to combine and warm through. Top with mozzarella and dig in now, or allow to cool and store in freezer cubes for an easy meal that you can reheat in a pan with a splash of water over medium low heat.View original recipe
