Ninja Kitchen CrushBOSS Ramen

1. In the blender, combine all the broth ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour in a pot and warm over low heat until the rest is ready.
2. Add the food processor to the base and add the tofu meat ingredients into the container, with the S blade attached. Pulse until the mixture crumbles.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with a tbsp of vegetable oil. Add the crumbled tofu and cook until all the moisture has been removed and the tofu starts to crisp up. This will take around 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once crispy, lower heat to low to keep warm.
4. Cook the ramen noodles, and prep the toppings.
5. In a small pan, over medium heat, with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, sear off the baby bok choy leaves.
6. In the Tumbler Cup, add the chili oil ingredients and blend until well combined. There should still be some texture in the chilis.
7. Build your bowl with the cooked noodles, the baby bok choy, top with tofu and pour on that broth. Then top with the green onions, chilis and that chili oil! Dig in!
