It’s in the name, these things are pure magic. We all can’t have campfires whenever we want. Reach for a tray of these all summer long! We switched up the ones we made for our long weekend cabin hang and added crinkle cut chips.
1. In a pan, melt the butter, once melted, add the graham cracker crumble and mix to combine and evenly coat.
2. In a well greased small square casserole dish, pat the graham cracker mixture in the bottom, you want it to spread to the edges and be very compact.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the marshmallows, chocolate chips, crinkle cut chips and shredded coconut. Place on top of the graham cracker base.
4. Drizzle the condensed milk on top of everything. If the condensed milk is too firm, warm in a microwave or on the stove until it is soft to pour. Top with a pinch of salt.
5. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove foil or cover and bake until top is starting to get golden brown.
6. Allow to cool completely and slice up right away, or let it set overnight in the fridge for more firm bars. Enjoy all summer long!
