1 old bay seasoning

Instructions

For the batter, combine 1/2 cup all purpose flour, a pinch of paprika , old bay seasoning and salt plus a half can of your beer of choice. Whisk that together until you have a nice consistency and then dip your mushrooms. Fry at 375 for 4-5 mins or until golden.
