What you need

tbsp olive oil
tsp salt
can cooked lentils

cup fresh chives
bunch fresh dill

cup cherry tomato

clove garlic clove

cup orzo
cup vegetable stock
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400F. 2. In an oven-safe baking dish, add everything except the herbs, lemon, and vegan parm. Mix to combine. 3. Cover and bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking. 4. Remove from the oven and mix in the fresh dill, lemon juice, zest, and some vegan parm. 5.
